Daihatsu ASTEC Open Badminton 2023 tournament can motivate and nurture young badminton players from various regions in Indonesia, especially in Magelang.

After successfully organizing the Daihatsu Indonesia Masters badminton tournament in January 2023, Daihatsu cooperates again with Alan Susy Technology (ASTEC) to organize a badminton tournament.

The badminton tournament is called Daihatsu ASTEC Open 2023, which is held this year for the sixth time since 2016.

This time, Daihatsu ASTEC Open Badminton Tournament 2023 has private national level quality matches and takes place at GOR Djarum Magelang, Central Java from 19 to 22 June 2023.

Rudy Ardiman, Head of National Marketing Division of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor, wishes all badminton athletes in Magelang a good game to compete in Daihatsu Astec Open 2023 badminton tournament.

Top level tournament

The level-up of ASTEC Open 2023 badminton tournament is an appreciation by Daihatsu, for the high public interest in badminton as one of the most popular sports in Indonesia.

The badminton tournament which was registered in the agenda of the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) chose Magelang, Central Java because it is known as a city that produces seeds for talented young badminton players.

Age category

The Astec Open 2023 badminton tournament is divided into different age categories starting with U-11 (UDPA & UDPI), U-13 (TAPA, TAPI, GAPA, GAPI), U-15 (TPA, TPI , GPA, GPI ). With a total of 113 participating clubs and a total of 600 members, it shows that this badminton tournament has received a positive response and enthusiasm from the public.
