The Mitsubishi New Pajero Sport is finally launched, discover the advantages and prices – new car

The arrival of the facelifted Pajero Sport is eagerly awaited from around 2020. As of January 2021, we have started wondering about the presence of an SUV assembled in Thailand which has been on sale there since 2019.

Also, Pajero Sport is quite popular in Indonesia. Cultural consumers of this powerful diesel SUV are certainly looking forward to it, especially hearing the news that the facelift version in Thailand has been equipped with the latest features.

In terms of design, the New Pajero Sport has a fresher, more solid look and is said to be able to provide good visibility. The focus of the changes are the design of the new dynamic protective grille, the electric tailgate with shock sensor and remote control, the active cornering light2, the sliding roof and the new front combined light.

Appearance is also improved with updates to the new improved hood visibility, new 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels, new fin antenna and new rear combination lamp design.

Moving on to the cabin, the new Pajero Sport is now claimed to look more luxurious and more comfortable. The changes consist of a new 8″ head unit with Smartphone-Link Display Audio (SDA), new 8″ LCD instrument cluster 2, Multi Around View monitor, new Dual Zone Climate Control AC design, new auto-dimming rear view mirror, new Hands-free steering switch, new floor console to new AC outlet.

No less interesting to note are the numerous active and passive safety features present in this diesel SUV, symbol of a consolidated family in Indonesia, starting with Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM), Ultrasonic Miss-acceleration Mitigation System (UMS), Blind Spot Warning – Lane Change Assist (BSW-LCA), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Electric Parking Brake (EPB) and Brake Auto Hold (BAH).

There are also 7 SRS airbags, Active Stability and Traction Control (ASTC), Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Brake Distribution and Brake Assist. Lest we forget, this car is also backed by RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body technology and Rigid Lightweight bodywork.

As a power source, the new Pajero Sport is equipped with a 4N15 2.4L VGT-Intercooled diesel engine. It has 178 HP at 3,500 rpm and 429 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed sports sequential automatic transmission.
