With this structure, people can buy the goods they need and pay for them later. Interestingly, this system doesn’t require a credit card, so the method is even easier.

And here are some paylater program options that people may like.

Gojek Paylater

Palylater which is currently quite widely used by the public is Gojek Paylater, or also known as Gopaylater. This product is very easy to use because it is also connected to the Gojek application.

The limit for Gojek Paylater is actually quite low, ranging from IDR 500,000 to IDR 1 million only. People also need to make payments within 30 business days and the main benefit is that there is no interest for this program.

OVO Paylater

Next up is OVO Paylater. OVO Paylater’s service is actually not much different from Gijek Playlater but it has a wider scope. this is because OVO Paylater can be used for Grab and Tokopedia.

However, OVO Paylater provides 2.9% interest per month. The limit for this facility is from IDR 1 million to IDR 10 million.

Bukalapak Paylater

Bukalapak Paylater has the convenience of finding funds, but the payout limit is not high, only IDR 500 thousand. Besides being fast, another advantage is that Bukalapak Paylater gives no interest to its customers.

Bukalapak Paylater limit must be paid within 30 days after checkout. if within 14 days the customer suddenly cancels the transaction, our limit will not be fully returned, but a 5% handling fee will be deducted.


Akulaku is known as a product specific paylater for buying furniture and electronics, but has recently expanded its business. This is because they also provide a quick liquid cash credit service called KTA Asetku.

For paylater products, the higher the nominal loan, the lower the interest. If someone buys a product for less than IDR 500,000, the interest is around 3-5% for 2 weeks – 1 month refund. Meanwhile, for products worth Rp. 500 thousand – Rp. 15 million, the interest is 1-3% for repayments from 3 to 12 months.

Meanwhile for KTA Asetku, the credit system is a payday loan. With this, the daily interest calculation is also 0.8 – 0.9%/day. So, for example, if you borrow money for 22 days, the interest can go up to 17%.

Traveloka Paylater

Next up is Traveloka Paylater. The different is Traveloka Paylater it has a physical card function so that it is similar to a credit card

If you manage to get a Traveloka Paylater card, you can take the card anywhere and use it for various online/offline transactions. The limit starts from IDR 3 – 50 million, with only 2% interest and a repayment term of up to 2 years.

But if you want to get this BRI-issued Traveloka Paylater card, you need to use the Traveloka Paylater feature with a certain period of time and a nominal transaction. For people who travel frequently, there will definitely be no problem getting Traveloka’s unique paylater card.
