Triumph offers iconic Chrome Edition motorcycles, prices start at IDR 300 million

ROCKMOTIVE, Jakarta – As of 2023, GAS triumph Motor Indonesia (TMI) presents a special edition Triumph motorcycle, namely the Chrome Edition for the Indonesian market. This time, TMI presents a chrome edition linked to a long history Triumph motorcycles with prices starting at IDR 370 million, across different product variants such as Triumph Speed ​​Twin 900, Triumph Rocket 3R and 3GT, Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120, Triumph Bonneville Bobber, Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and Triumph Scrambler 900.

“The Chrome edition is the product line we introduce this year. Triumph Motorcycles always make special edition products which are released at the beginning of each year just like the Gold Line in the previous two years. “Starting this year, we get a limited quota to market Triumph Chrome Edition in Indonesia for different models, namely Triumph Speed ​​Twin 900, Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120, Triumph Bonneville Bobber, Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster, Triumph Scrambler 900 followed by Triumph Rocket 3R and 3GT,” said Sapta Hariaji, director of sales and marketing at GAS TMI.

This special chrome edition motorcycle features a chrome detail identity on the unit which is stamped on the gas tank so as to make its look more elegant. Its aura exudes Triumph’s triumph as a 121-year-old motorcycle brand because the chrome accents symbolize timelessness.

“Seeing from the character of Indonesian consumers who like limited products, we are optimistic that this chrome edition will be well received by the market,” Sapta explained.

The journey of the iconic Triumph model chrome edition began with the appearance of the Speed ​​Twin which was introduced in 1937 in the presence of the popular model i.e. the Triton in the 1960s. These two classic models carry the passion of Triumph Motorcycles to pay homage to the work of its engineers through special products.

The realization of the chrome parts on each model requires an additional work of about 5 hours to get the most out of it. Not only that, every shiny sheen is important in the final result of the process using ultrasonic cleaning which coats the nickel material and is covered with a layer of chrome.

According to Yudi Yulianto, technical director of GAS Triumph Motor Indonesia, the arrangement of the chrome accents is designed in such a way as to visually highlight the authentic values ​​of Triumph. “This chrome part is in the gas tank for this edition model with a mix of colors like the modern classic variant Bonneville Jet Black, Bonneville T120 Meriden Blue, Bonneville T100 Blue Cobalt with a touch of metallic stripes, then Speed ​​Master 1200 Diablo Red and Speed ​​Twin Contemporary Red and Jet Black,” he explained.

Yudi added that for the Rocket 3GT and 3R models it was printed on the top of the radiator and updated on the side and rear panels as well. “While the Scrambler 900 type comes with Brookland Green combined with Metal and Jet Black colors. All these limited editions further show the fascination of Triumph motorcycles that can become collector’s items,” he said.
