There are a total of 1,210 Daihatsu Rocky and Daihatsu All New Xenia units reported by PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) affected by an Airbag recall, is your car safe?
In maintaining customer satisfaction and trust, Daihatsu in Indonesia has announced a special service campaign program o remember Daihatsu Rocky to a total of 1,210 units for the All New Xenia and Rocky models.

“This special assistance campaign program is a form of Daihatsu’s commitment for customers to continue driving safely and comfortably,” opened Ms. Agung, nickname of Sri Agung Handayani, director of marketing and director of business planning and of the communication of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor.
Recall activities of Daihatsu Rocky and All New Xenia are common, including Daihatsu. This program is evidence of Daihatsu’s responsibility and commitment to providing quality products and the best service. So that the safety and security of drivers and passengers are maintained.
“Therefore, Daihatsu invites customers whose vehicles are included in this program list to inspect and replace the Airbag ECU components at the nearest Daihatsu official workshop network. The work process takes approximately 1 hour and is free of charge,” Ms. Agung explained.
In this special service campaign program, Daihatsu will inspect and replace the airbag ECUs on the 2 models, so that the airbags can continue to function properly, i.e. inflate when a front-side collision occurs while driving.

Meanwhile, the number of units included in the special service campaign are All New Xenia and Rocky which were produced from December 15, 2022 to January 11, 2023, i.e. 1,095 units for All New Xenia model and 115 Rocky units.
Daihatsu will actively contact customers. In addition, customers can also confirm for themselves whether their Daihatsu car is included in this special assistance campaign program by visiting the official website at recall.daihatsu.co.id.
