The Polda Metro Jaya Street Race will be officially held in Kemayoran Jakarta from tomorrow Friday 27th to Sunday 29th January 2023. Polda Metro Jaya Traffic General Commissioner Latif Usman said that thousands of the race participants had registered and would enliven the PMJ Street Race in Kemayoran, Jakarta.
“Thousands of participants registered to take part in the Street Race event in Kemayoran. At least there were 1,137 entries out of the maximum 1,800 entries,” said Dirlantas Latif Usman, in a written statement received by the Cintamobil.com team.

Participants from all over the Archipelago
It was recorded that the participants came from all over Indonesia. Among them were Banten area with 57 participants, DKI (Special Capital Region) Jakarta 817 participants, Central Java 16 participants, East Java 7 participants, West Java 221 participants. While from South Sumatra 4 participants, West Sumatra 3 participants were also from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) 3 participants and West Kalimantan 9 participants.

In addition, Latif continued, the Kemayoran Street Race will also be a motorcycle modification racing event with different classes. Among other things, the look of a standard motorcycle, the racing look, the drag style, the airbrush painting and the original restoration. “Besides this, there will also be a safety round for Polwan Polda Metro Jaya on 28th and 29th January 2023 and joint training will also be held at the Street Race arena,” he concluded.

Not only modification races and racing arenas, the Street Race running until its fifth session in Kemayoran will also be enlivened by a music festival stage with Indonesian musicians closing on January 29 starting at 6.30pm. Animated by Rocket Rockers, Club Dangdut Racun, Eirene, Tom Kill Jerry, Cakra Metro Band and Female Project.
“Besides music, there is also Betawi cultural arts performance, doorstop, two-wheeled freestyle by Wawan Tembong, and fun boxing held on Saturday (January 28), 1 day only,” he explained.
Previously, the street race initiated by Polda Metro Jaya had been held four times. The first series was held in Ancol, the second series was held in BSD, South Tangerang, the third series was held in Meikarta, Cikarang and the fourth series was held in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
