The R nineT Roadster 2023 and the 100 Year Edition R18 Cruiser are the latest works presented by BMW Motorrad.

Autos.id – To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the motorcycle segment, BMW Motorrad has launched a special edition of the R nineT Roadster 2023 as well as the R18 Cruiser.

According to Paultan.org, only 1,923 units are each available for the 2023 R nineT Roadster and R18 Cruiser 100 Year Edition.

The R nineT Roadster 100 Years Special Edition from 2023

Based on the same information, the special edition of the Roadster R nineT 2023 gets a set of chrome accents combined with BMW Motorrad Option 719 parts. Then on the wheels are black anodized including wheel option 719 Classic.

As for the tank, the 2023 Roadster R nineT special edition has a combination of black and chrome pins and white stripes. Then there are also knee pads and a “100 Years” emblem as a sign of this special edition. The chrome in question is also noticeable on the humps of the seats with a combination of two dark red and black upholstery.

Then also on the front wheel cover colored in classic black and equipped with white pin striping. Not only that, because a set of Option 719 Shadow milled parts packages can be seen on the cylinder head cover, engine housing cover, seat stays and also on the oil filler cap.

R18 Cruiser 100 years special edition

Like the aforementioned R nineT Roadster from 2023, the 100 Years Special Edition of the R18 Cruiser has a classic chrome motif with black color scheme and high-gloss chrome surfaces and white stripes, as well as the “100 Years” badge. Also, the paint scheme looks similar, from the fenders to the body side covers.

Talking about the engine parts, the color used is Avus Black. The distinctive color reflects the legendary Berlin circuit where BMW Motorrad once triumphed.

Chrome details can be seen on the handlebars, gear lever, brake pedal, handlebar clamps and mirrors. Where there is also a master cylinder, brake calipers, engine crankcase cover, cylinder head cover and intake manifold trim.

Then the exhaust of the R18 Cruiser Special Edition 100 of the Year is Akrapovic plus which has chrome details and perforated tailpipes in the style of the BMW logo. As for the standard equipment, there are adaptive cornering lights, reverse assist and electronic cruise control.
