Honda launches the new Vario 125, now equipped with Honda Smart Key

Honda Vario, one of the most popular automatic motorcycles in Indonesia, gives a new color to its motorcycle line.

Jakarta, Autos.id – Today (Monday 26/9), Astra Honda Motor (AHM) released its brand new New Honda Vario 125 2022 motorcycle which comes with new looks and features. From the outside, the New Honda Vario 125 looks sportier than the previous version. Seen on this new bike, there is also a new stripping sticker which makes this bike cooler. In addition, this bike is also expected to be more practical and safe thanks to the latest features. One of these features is the Honda Smart Key System type ISS.

With this system, motorcycle users can start the engine and lock the handlebars without connecting the key. In addition, this bike also has a USB charger in the console box and a larger 18-liter trunk.

AHM President Director Keiichi Yasuda said the Honda Vario 125 continues to be developed with the latest designs and various excellent features to make the owner even more proud. The latter model also offers more comfort when used as a partner for daily work, driving with the family, for meeting relatives on weekends.

For the physical characteristics, the Honda Vario 125 has wider wheels and also has an LED lighting system. Matching the sporty impression, these physical characteristics make this bike more comfortable to use on the road.

This new motorcycle from Honda Motor Indonesia is expected to be more efficient. This engine is said to be capable of reaching a distance of 51.7 kilometers per 1 liter of gasoline used. Even so, by displacement, this Vario 125 motorcycle has not changed from the previous generation. The engine is 4-stroke, 124.8 cc, SOHC, eSP, with liquid cooling system. Piston diameter is 52.4 x 57.9mm with 11.0 to 1 compression.

Potential consumers will be able to choose 5 types of colors from the latest Vario 125 motorcycle, namely Advance Matte Blue, Advance Matter White, Advance Matte Black, Sporty Red and Sporty Black. As for the price, you can take this bike home from Rp.22.350.000 to Rp.24.250.000.

Meanwhile, executive vice president, director of AHM Johannes Loman, on the same occasion explained that Honda aims to sell the New Vario 125 for 500,000 units per year. (Irianto)
